| After a short stint doing singing telegrams, Dan began his career in broadcasting in 1985 as a radio newsman. In 1989, he founded VideoLab, a full-service video production company. In 1998, he took the position of marketing director for CCI, a national healthcare consulting company in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2001, Dan Simrell Advertising was formed. He is also an accomplished musician who has composed, arranged and recorded hundreds of award-winning songs, music beds and soundtracks. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Northeast Pennsylvania Ad Club and Habitat for Humanity of Lackawanna County as well as other church and civic organizations. He has also served as director of the Lackawanna County Council on Advertising and Marketing. He and his wife Lainey and his three sons live in Scranton. Overall, as bios go, this wasn’t too boring, was it.
Dislikes: Mushrooms and/or black olives, when the dogs poop in the theater, hitting his thumb with a hammer, CPAP Machine (though my wife loves it) (see appendix B), coffee in any form including ice cream (which I love but could only choose 5). |

Dislikes: Pocket lint! Forgetting my wallet, wild eye brow hair, ear hair, not having two days in a row off, people who get in the 10 items or less line with 20 items, finding half full beer cans all around the house, when people ask why I don’t have a toupee, forgetting to pack sunscreen. |

Dislikes: Clogged sinks, when Ed leaves his coffee pod in the Keurig, stepping into coldness after a nice warm shower, ignorant people and their ignorant friends, burnt coffee and people that drive carelessly (especially if they’re in hondas). |
